Answer: FACIS® clients who prefer to have their monthly activity billed to a credit card may opt for Credit Card Billing. With Credit Card Billing, FACIS® continues to send you a monthly notice of the searches conducted on your account and the amount that will be charged to your card. You will always receive this notice at least one week prior to the charges being processed. FACIS® charges the card you have on file on or after the 15th of the month following the searching activity.
To authorize Credit Card Billing for your FACIS® account, please indicate that preference on your FACIS® Standard Subscription Agreement. Upon receipt of the Agreement, you will be sent an authorization form. Please fax the completed form to FACIS® to initiate Credit Card Billing.
