Log-on Encryption - GMS uses SSL Encryption Technology to protect the user when entering a User ID and password. SSL does not need a specific software program as all major web browsers support the program.

Confidential Information - In order to identify sanctioned individuals and entities, subscribers need to provide to FACIS^®, identifying information (names, license numbers, birth dates, etc.), which may be regarded as "Confidential". At no time, either during the engagement or thereafter, will Government Management Services disclose this information to anyone other than designated employees of the subscriber and employees of Government Management Services. Following any requested review, Government Management Services will destroy all records and copies of the documents submitted for screening, except to the extent that federal, state or local laws or regulations require the retention of a copy of those documents.
