Subscribers may access the FACIS^® web site by clicking here or connecting to https://www.facis.com/security/login.cfm.

If you would like to become a FACIS^® Subscriber, complete a FACIS^® Subscription Agreement and submit it by fax or mail (click here to download the free Adobe Acrobat reader). Upon receipt of the completed and signed agreement your account will be created and your User ID and Password will be forwarded to you via email.

The Registered User will be responsible for all searches conducted under that User ID. Because the Registered User is accountable, FACIS^® strongly recommends that the User ID and password be kept confidential.
